JC-WISE "Blue-Green School Partnership" Programme: Teachers' Training Workshop on Core Activities
The core activities of the Blue-Green School Partnership (BGSP) Programme -- “Adopt a River” and “Water Wise School” -- aim at cultivating students’ understanding of local and global water sustainability issues through thematic activities. This training workshop will be conducted via Zoom. Through this training workshop, teachers will acquire knowledge on Hong Kong’s rivers, the concept of Water Footprint, various methodologies of conducting thematic projects on rivers, and pedagogical ideas on water sustainability activities. Teachers can subsequently provide guidance to students to work on thematic projects and conduct learning activities as “Citizen Scientists” and “Water Wise Ambassadors”.
Registration is open from 14/09/2020 00:00(HKT) to 15/10/2020 18:00(HKT) on a first-come-first-served basis.
